Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do the packages include transportation?
A: Although transportation is not included in our entertainment packages, you can have a Graduates on Tour representative assist in arranging air, motor coach, or train transportation for your group. Or, you can choose to make these arrangements on your own. Call or e-mail us today for a free quote!

Q: Does the tour representative stay with the group at all times?
A: We will meet and greet your tour on arrival and assist with check in. We also have a 24-hour emergency contact.

Q: What is the chaperone ratio policy?
A: We provide 1 free double-occupancy chaperone package per every 10 paid students.

Q: Are there any additional fees to be paid such as taxes and gratuities during our trip?
A: All taxes and gratuities are included.


Q: When is our deposit due?
A: Graduates on Tour will provide a payment plan for your specific group.

Q: When is the rooming list due?
A: A final rooming list is due 45 to 60 days prior to the group's date of arrival. The balance is due 30 days prior to the group's arrival date.

Q: Do the hotels have security services?
A: Although all of the hotels contracted by Graduates on Tour offer 24-hour hotel security, you may choose to hire additional and personal uniformed security to monitor your group — specifically during the late evening into the early morning hours. The charges usually run between $20-$30 per hour with a minimum of 5 to 6 hours.

Q: When will I receive my tickets to the attractions?
A: Upon arrival in Orlando, you will be met by a representative from Graduates on Tour. The representative will have tickets and related information to the venue you have arrived at. This person will also meet the group at the hotel and assist with your check-in.

Q: Do the hotels have swimming pools?
A: All hotels contracted by Graduates on Tour have pools, and most have a restaurant, gift shop, deli, game room, banquet space, and shopping nearby.

Q: When can we check into the hotel?
A: Normally, hotel check-in times are between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m.


Q: Is a passport needed to travel on board the plane?
A: A passport is not required when traveling on domestic flights. However, everyone IS required to have some sort of photo ID. This needs to be a valid form of government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, passport, state ID, military ID, school ID, etc.

Q: What happens if it rains?
A: We try to be flexible in the event of rain. Theme parks do not give refunds for inclement weather. Therefore, we recommend that the day go according to plan. In the event of severe weather, the situation will be handled on a case-by-case basis and we will make appropriate changes to the itinerary. We will consult with the sponsor/director and make that decision.
